How to start service with Irvine Ranch Water District
There are a few ways you can set up your water and sewer account in Irvine. Click here to set up your account online, or speak to a customer service specialist at (949) 453-5300. Office hours are Monday-Thursday from 8am until 5pm.
To start service, you will need to be ready to provide the address for which you would like service, a mailing address, contact phone number, Social Security Number, and date you would like service to start. IRWD must be notified at least one business day ahead of your desired start or stop date.Â
