Roy took excellent care of me from our very first conversation all The way through until our very last. This did not seem like like a business transaction although there was considerable professionalism due to the level of heart that was exerted into making sure all of my needs were met and exceeded. I was moving during a difficult time and extremely difficult time and this company understood and and not only met me where I was but made moving day exceptionally fun and I felt very well taken care of! The crew was extraordinary, full of professionalism, personality, skill and grace. Very hard workers but kind gentleman as well! I would gladly refer this company to anyone of my friends or family and I highly recommend them for a plethora of reasons! Not only are they a family run business but they are spiritual which gives them a different edge and huge bonus in my book! My movers were Matt Alex and Eric and I will ask for the same Movers again on my next move to have an equally wonderful experience! Alex, Cody 1, and Cody 2 were all courteous, prompt, and professional. They managed to pack up our 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo in just a little over 2 hours! Everything was safely packed and loaded onto the truck with no issues or damaged furnitures or items at all. The unload process was equally great with the guys always confirming where to put the boxed items and placement of heavier furniture. They had no problems when we asked them to adjust the bed frame or cabinets and by the end of the day, everything was exactly where we wanted it to be. In short, Safe Way Moving is a company I trust with all my moving needs and will be using them for every move and recommendation for movers. read less

Safe-way moving was recommended by a friend of my friend. And when I reached out to them, they were very friendly and very detailed to go through the progress with me. They explained the estimate hours that would be needed based on the information I provided for my move. And they also offered me a discount on my 1st month storage. Prior to the move day, they confirmed the appointment and on day of the move, the crew came on time and finished the job just like the estimate was. I had a 3-story townhouse, so some of the items had to be moved from the 3rd floor. They safely wrapped everything and nothing was damaged. 4 months later, I called to schedule the items to be moved out of storage to my new home. Just 2 days before the move day, we found out it was going to be pouring, the immediately made arrangements to change our move day to a sunny day without me having to pay additional storage. I would recommend their service to anyone who is needing moving service in OC. Thank you Safe-way! read less

They move fast and did not waste time. They wrapped our furnitures and moved our stuff with care. I can only say that now as I am moving again, I was too late to go with safe way, I had to choose another company. The new company is sooooooooo slow compared with safe way guys. They were transparent w/ the cost by stating how much day 1 totaled. The next day they arrived with a large moving truck to move everything. They stayed until everything was completed and we're so kind to our doggies trying to "help". We've used other moving companies in the past and they were the best. There were some definite challenges getting things out of my house, but they got it done without one complaint. I even had a dozen eggs packed in my box of food from the refrigerator and not one got broken! 🙂 They were friendly, polite and hard working. I was quoted a price for their minimum charges, and that's exactly what I paid. No hidden fees, no added charges, no surprises. Highly recommend this company and these 2 guys. I can't imagine how it could have been possible without the fantastic job that the moving team did. They worked fast, they were very efficient, were very very careful in both the homes and most of all took care of the details without us needing to micromanage. We were so impressed by their professionalism and great attitudes. She walked me through the estimate and called to confirm the move prior to the move date. On move day, Matt showed up and did a walk through of the house to create a plan for the move with the crew, Mauricio and Irving. I was super stressed out due to what felt like endless nights of packing but as soon as they showed up, I felt like I could relax for the first time in weeks. They handled everything with great care and efficiently moved my items to my new home. They had a great attitude the entire move. Everything made it to both locations without a single item being broken (Go Matt!). These guys worked their rears off on a hot and humid beach day, and had I known they also serviced moves to Arizona, I would have used them for our 2nd move as well. I read lots of horror stories on Yelp about bad moving experiences, so I was a bit nervous going into this. Matt and his team came through perfectly, and were unfailingly polite and careful with both our belongings and our house. I recommend them without hesitation to anyone making a move. read less

They work as a team and accommodate all reasonable requests and make sure you are happy with the setup of all items. They know how to tackle and solve any difficulties that arise. We highly recommend this team.The one complaint we had is that we were promised 2 trucks and a crew of 4. We received one truck and a crew of 3. The team made it work, but it was certainly not an ideal situation. While we can understand that the COVID issues may have contributed to this, the same thing happened on our last move, which was almost 4 years ago. This matter would make us pause before hiring Safe Way again. read less

Although they did not have an availability for my last minute moving date, Roy was more than generous with his time to give me very good information in regards to choosing the write company, checking their credentials, and the insurance side of it which many people fail to do. Spoke with me for a good 20-30 minutes although he was not able to fit me into his schedule. Told me to call back if I had any other questions and concerns. Real genuine and all around nice guy. Before they started we were given the rates so we knew what we were going to pay (no surprises at the end). They showed up when they said they would. They were clean and wearing company shirts. The truck was a newer truck and clean. They were very careful and wrapped all the furniture that needed it which was very much appreciated. They disconnected the washer and dryer in the old place and connected them in the new place. They were also very careful not to bump the walls in the house we moved from and the new house. They also put down a pad out the front door to avoid marking up the floor. Making the appointment was one phone call and they sent me a confirmation email with the rates. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a mover. read less
